Morning Mystery

The house is dark and silent and I was just awakened by a large thud. I turned on the light to find Frans framed picture a few inches from
my head on the bed.

Happy Birthday my love! The whole family will be together for dinner later.

I leave Fran's picture on the pillow next to me as I close my eyes and listen to the raindrops falling gently outside.
