Dream

I closed my eyes and fireworks exploded across the night sky of my mind.

Childlike amazement kept me in awe of all the ever-changing colors.

Then a warm feeling washed over me and my eyes closed in my dream.

A dream within a dream and me with no talisman to find my way home.
